@sarahjeong what is the PJ wrinkle? The complaint says Mega paid VA residents for uploads and had contracts w VA hosting co. Also long-arm.
@MBCKR plaintiffs could have filed anywhere on basis of business w/ users. they filed in virginia because of carpathia.

@sarahjeong I agree that Carpathia is the stronger argument re VA. But paying uploaders is still a contract.
