@sarahjeong Pretty sure it was Morris. I believe Mitnick's first charges were under pre-CFAA law. Is that right, @kevinmitnick?
@marciahofmann thought you'd know: Was Morris the first convicted under the CFAA? I found a 1988 LAT article abt Mitnick that implies CFAA.
