Can we not use the spam button for stuff that’s not really spam? Block or file abuse report.

@sarahjeong lots of times I've blocked harassers and still get their tweets. Spam blocks are the only thing that works.

@sarahjeong I don't have the time to file a report on every harasser in my mentions. There are multiple daily. -
