sometimes hacking actually hurts people and should be sanctioned. always hoping that that’s what’s going on with any CFAA charge, but...
So far the indictment looks like a non-terrible CFAA charge. Still going to wait and see, but wowwwwww long time since I haven’t tasted bile

It makes it worse, CFAA is an overbroad law and bad defendants = more overbroad interpretations just to “get” the guy
