Moore's indictment is not yet on PACER. According to TIME, he's indicted here in Los Angeles. I'll be attending hearings. Stay tuned.

@sarahjeong I suspect it may be conspiracy to hack. Charlie Evans, who is also indicted, has been rumored to have hacked on Moore's behalf.
