Repetitive tweets containing "get more followers" by low-follower Twitters in a trending hashtag = mute for now, evaluate later for spam.
I wish @twitter hashtags didn't fill up with spam so quickly. There's got to be an efficient algorithm to prevent that.

@sarahjeong I bet@twitter walks on eggshells around filtering tweets out of hash tags. Lord knows it gets accused of it enough. -
