I think we should wait and see what happens with the Bollaert case. I think there’s a way to do that ID theft charge so it doesn’t erode 230
And yes, totally arguable statement on my part. Also, the criminal complaint doesn’t start off too well.

Many of the Overt Acts listed should set off huge red flags. Classic 230-shielded acts.

I guess it’s a question worth asking: Is the AG accidentally incompetent, or they purposefully trying to dig away at 230?

@sarahjeong ... in a Federal firearms case. So he's likely to be behind bars anyway. Charge him with this, drop it or offer a plea later.
