@adamsteinbaugh They were super upset about it. Some of the designs were free and on the web, others weren't. -
@adamsteinbaugh In all cases, the designer was attributed, there were linkbacks, etc. -
@adamsteinbaugh But no permission was acquired. And yes, a translation is a derivative work but (imo) a pattern has very limited copyright. -
