@binarybits But it’s a step forward? I’d like to see further patent reform but I don’t think that’s a reason to vote against it.

@sarahjeong I don't either but I think it's important important to be clear that it's a pretty modest step. -
@binarybits For sure. It’s just that my Adv. IP class did a mock vote on the Act and it was an overwhelming no, which really worried me -
@sarahjeong Do you think that's because they're all budding patent lawyers or some other reason? -
@binarybits well, there were a bunch of budding patent lawyers who voted FOR the Act, so the whole thing is very confusing to me.
