@andy_sellars And it's a more popular & accessible (& misunderstood) area of law than trademark, so more controversy than with VS underwear -

@sarahjeong Fair enough, though I'd put trademark fair use right up there with copyright fair use as very popular, but misunderstood. -
@andy_sellars trademark fair use is fun, but I think more laypeople have passing familiarity with remixes/sampling/covers
