Initial reaction from several dev friends to http://tidbit.co.in  has been instant and negative as abuse / malware

which kind of surprises me, but now i'm thinking, via @firehed, does this constitute CFAA-style unauthorized use? cc @sarahjeong

@peteyreplies depends! at first blush I wonder if browsers have CFAA claim. idk whether they'd hit minimum jurisdictional $ amt tho
