@ohmeags oh yeah no arguments there. tort reform is garbage. i wasn't being sarcastic, lawsuits are great EXCEPT that one thing

@sarahjeong i remember taking corporations and being like...FUCK LAWSUITS which is precisely not how i generally feel about lawsuits

@ohmeags there's something interesting to be said about how the corporate structure dissipates moral responsibility

@ohmeags and how the corporate structure as reflected in law firms themselves similarly dissipates individual moral concerns

@ohmeags so in the end you have a mass of lawyers who righteously cling to "my client deserves zealous representation"
