@xor @binarybits I would like revenge porn concerns to be built into antidiscrimination law. That's my current favorite solution.

@sarahjeong is there a reason why revenge porn is not simple public disclosure of private facts? Is consent at the time preventing that? -

@sarahjeong not sure... CDA 230 would prevent them bring def, but adjudication and court order against user would seem to work... -
