@binarybits basically I see an analogy here to things like Google thumbnails, etc. (Perfect 10).

@sarahjeong I can think of several reasons image search engines have a stronger fair use argument than listicles. -
@binarybits IMO some (not all) listicles have compelling fair use claims. But I don't like the arg "rearrange = still same = infringement." -
@binarybits And it comes up all the time with Buzzfeed/listicles. Also, I don't think search engines should be considered a borderline case
