I've had a premium Pandora sub for years (about four years, w/ autorenewal!) but I'm kind of appalled by their Soundexchange lobbying.

@CathyGellis @alisternburg It's problematic, but Spotify's negotiations (free market, non compulsory) screwed small artists too.

@sarahjeong@alisternburg It's not the rates so much, it's the license itself. Everyone is trapped in system whether good for them or not. -
