I wonder if I could buy sticky rice, sheets of nori, cucumber and frozen salmon, and make decent-tasting sushi cheaper than the deli has it?

@KevinCarson1 I think ceviche prep is a kind of cooking bc of the acids. Def does something to proteins but no idea how it affects parasites
