@Knitting_Kninja They're targeting Richmond b/c it's the most progressive city in this regard. Everyone else has been scared out of doing it -

@sarahjeong OK, got it. I'm coming off a class in which we discussed the commerce clause a lot, but the article confused me. -
@Knitting_Kninja Oh yeah, it confused me too. In law school, commerce clause only ever gets mentioned to establish jurisdiction -
@sarahjeong Yeah, I'm racking my brain and coming up with Carolene Products, but it was harder to understand when applied to mortgages.
