this satirical flyer absolutely rips and the babies of fed soc needs to toughen up and also maybe stop being a viper’s nest of insurrectionists https://slate.com/news-and-politics/2021/06/federalist-society-stanford.html …pic.twitter.com/DGq13CBhog

Anyways, consider Stanford’s actions in this as complicity in the outrageous Fed Soc power complex — join Fed Soc and enter the lucrative affirmative action career ladder for “conservative” lawyers; criticize Fed Soc and get threatened with not being allowed to graduate

he also rails about “increased confrontation with the local social justice warriors” elsewhere but “keyboard warrior histrionics” is the part that truly sent me

Abovethelaw has the names of the students who signed the complaint. To my surprise, they're all graduating 3Ls, rather than being incoming officers who just took over. Keep in mind these 3Ls pushed for this on *May 22.* This was spite. https://abovethelaw.com/2021/06/stanford-law-school-students-graduation-was-put-in-jeopardy-because-fedsoc-cant-take-a-joke/ …pic.twitter.com/4N5ycHppAL

According to ATL the top name on the complaint is clerking for a (Trump-appointed) Sixth Circuit judge next year. The Fed Soc golden escalator of soulless careerism strikes again
