I can’t wait until feminists ban muscles for being called guns because they can shoot assault rifle machine gun bazooka rounds.

It's not about having access to guns for everybody, it's about the gun industry selling guns to everybody. If those libertarians could print their guns themselves, the gun industry would die.
-
You can already build guns yourself with tools or a CNC machine. Many people do. 3D printing guns is a gimmick.

Your lack of understanding on this subject is laughable. Why would someone spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to make one that barely works when they can buy one for a fraction of the cost that is fully functional? lol
-
average american -- because they are a terrorist/assasin who needs a firearm that is close to being undetectable. Plus 3d printers will get cheaper. one day the 100,000 until will cost 500. disclaimer: USN submarines veteran, qualified on M16A1, M16A3, M14, M9, 12 ga shotgun.

1. First of all, thanks for your service to our country. 3-D printers for weapons aren’t printing them in plastic. The design is for a regular metal weapon that you are qualifi d to fire. You still need the fundamental parts and pieces to operate them. This is the part people...

Yet another echo chambered opinion without intellectual merit. Any weapon of any kind can be made by many household items. Should they put regulations on fertilizer "intelligent journalist"? Or should I say opinionist?

there is literally nothing anyone can do to stop people from getting their hands on those files. But on the other hand, even if guns are banned and the files werent, it would still be easier to get a gun than a 15,000 dollar printer.
-
skramblz they won't always cost 15,000 dollars. You do realize that the first IBM PC Model 5150 cost 5000 right? Whereas a modern PC can be bought for around $100? What if I told you the 3D printer for that gun costs $100? would you feel the same?

Isn’t creating your own gun already illegal? Fake news
-
Nope. Making a gun at home is perfectly legal. Even with a 3d printer (as long as it is x-ray and metal detectable). This uproar is about ITAR and export rules.
