When a white friend/family makes an 'off-color' or 'politically incorrect' comment, call them out. It's uncomfortable-- do it anyway. 4/

When you see a chance to support/advocate for a POC coworker/student/friend/family member -- even in small ways -- do it, unequivocally. 5/

If you don't know where to start, listen to/read/follow POC writers & journalists. It's not that hard: humbly listen and learn. 6/
