The biggest change for me this year is I entered a stage of life where I have to put hot sauce on absolutely everything. So far so great. A little indigestion.

It depends on what I’m eating! Sriracha, Cholula, Tapatio, Professor Phardtpounders Colon Cleaner Hot Sauce for Hot dogs, Secret Aardvark, El Yucateco, and not hot sauce but fresh real Japanese wasabi for sushi. Yum.
