    Sure, it might be "more work" when calculating who's who in terms of race/ethnicity, but I think it's worth it for this delightful of an experience. Also, I bet your survey response rate will be higher. I've rage quit many surveys because they've excluded multiracial people.

    When putting together your surveys, look to on how to properly write a race/ethnicity question. I can't tell you how many times I've had to "choose a race" or pick "other".

    Some people hate “PM designs”, but I actually appreciate that they’d try to communicate their thoughts to me visually. Of course, it’s another thing when PMs use their designs instead of the actual designer’s designs for a feature 😛

    This also applies when it comes to exploring different options. When a PM leaves a task open-ended, I love going to town on different solutions. It sucks the energy out of me when PMs think there’s only one way of doing something. Sometimes there is, but not all. the. time.

    Having worked with a fair share of PMs as a designer, one of the traits I most value in PMs is curiosity. I’m absolutely dumbfounded when a PM - usually not a good PM - isn’t curious to know what the ENTIRE customer journey will look like, not just his or her feature.

    What a run. has come to an end. I got to work with the best writers, producers, researchers, and animators in the game. My 2 babies were born and grew up with the show. TY to and everyone who watched. Now it’s time to return these screens to Best Buy 😎
