The author doesn’t actually make the connection at all. She does show that in her opinion, conversations about systemic racism and rape culture aren’t important to her. This will be the 3rd time I ask you to stop equating the violent right to overzealous college kids.

White supremacists are recruiting on US campuses for campaigns of terrorist violence against US society, but yes, I’m sure the problem is the teenagers who are mad about it

Crashing private events and causing a disturbance by shouting down speakers isn't freedom of speech.

....what? I'm not saying anybody is a victim, I'm just saying that shouting down people at reserved events isn't protected speech.
-
Neo-Nazis prefer holding
#ReservedEvents, to avoid public response to their threat. -
1. That's 100% irrelevant to any issue being talked about 2. Literally every speaker on a college campus reserves a room/stage/auditorium for a speech 3. I don't think Ben Shapiro is a Neo-Nazi.

Look at the signs! Socialist Revolution has been tried and resulted in countries that were so bad that people risked their lives to get out. Many lost their lives. Yet, those of us who survived are silenced again

Well, maybe It's time we tried the "democratic" side of
#democraticsocialism", but I'm pretty sure you'd oppose that too. -
I grew up in the German DEMOCRATIC Republic; before my time Germany was ruled by the democratically elected National SOCIALIST Party of Germany - does that answer your question?
#learnfromhistory -
So you're arguing Hitler was a Democrat. No doubt in the camp that calls him a socialist too!
-
Please read what I wrote: he was democratically elected - just like Trump... Also, i block people who put me in 'camps' or are otherwise insulting - if that is what you aim for...
-
#PLEASEBLOCKME If you are unable/unwilling to discuss logically. You argue against both democracy (associated with Nazis) and socialism (associated with GDR). But you have provided no alternative, have you?! -
Why don't you show where socialism worked or is that impossible

The post 1960s college generations are so hungry to be like their forbears that they have turned the act of meaningful protest into a mockery. Anything they don’t like turns into an occasion for self-congratulatory, juvenile protests.
