Why can't we change to Thorium LFTR technology? Cheap, safe and endless supply of energy. It can burn nuclear waste sitting in stockpiles.

LFTR’s aren’t a silver bullet. Still very experimental with a lot of unknowns. But moving towards the various kinds of nuke power is good.

I fear we in the West are more concerned about applying gender theory culture revolution crap than try to make better energy sources
-
Sadly, the leeching of that sort of thing into the hard sciences has already begun. I pray we change course soon.

Dear Steven, I know you are a big fan of nuclear but have you ever had anyone knowledgable about solar, wind and solar explain alternatives?
-
You know there are ways to replace baseload without sponsoring coal and expensive Nuclear? E.g. P2G. Serious question, not snark.
-
Btw: not afraid of nuclear but see it as a counterproductive investment in expensive tech that's not getting cheaper.

Are you ignoring decommissioning costs in your support of nuclear? Serious question
