@sapinker Synaptic plasticity seems to be the key to IQ. It suggests to me brains that are stuck in an immature state.

@astrobassist avoided that in paper & FAQ, referring instead to com varnt/SNPs, but a common Twitter-friendly shorthand (eg, "height genes") -
