Listening to another viewpoint no matter how odious it may be ,requires Intelligence.Wailing at another to silence them displays a rigid narrow mindset lacking in any visible intellect. They can not face saying “ you might just have a point”

Unlikely a viewpoint-diversity course or 2 will help counter what @JohnTierneyNYC calls the #ReeducationCampus: The 1st-Year Experience, a widely adopted college freshman program, indoctrinates students in radicalism, identity politics, and victimology. https://www.city-journal.org/first-year-experience-16032.html … …

Minds do not create truth or falsehood. They create beliefs. What makes a belief true is its correspondence to a fact, and this fact does not in any way involve the mind of the person who holds the belief. This correspondence ensures truth, and its absence entails falsehood.

Correspondence theory isn’t the only valid theory of truth you know. It’s an extremely important theory and one I prioritize above others, but you can dispense with pragmatic theory. I’m an engineer, and things like engineering standards don’t correspond to anything in nature.

Can two physical objects occupy the same spot at the same time? Let the market decide. In the unfortunate event of a car collision, doe the steering wheel deploy and air bag or an iron bag? Does adherence 2 a religious/spiritual belief system create immunity from physical laws?

Clearly you have never seriously studied epistemology. Tell me, are corporations real? I’m what way? What, in nature, do they correspond to? Tons of human creations that are true in the sense they accomplish their goals, but don’t correspond to anything else.

What r fists/clubs/knives/bullets? Where does the knowledge of those things come from? How much epistemology was studied? It seems some Neolithic snowflakes didn't agree with other Neolithic snowflakes. Objective/secular reality is difficult for snowflakes to handle.

This article fails the smell test. It repeatedly asserts the lefty tropes of equal intelligence with race & gender & whatever. If science doesn’t back that, stop assuming it. How about we treat people as individuals, look at constitution as a great governance tool & love each other!
