I simply cannot believe that one cannot realize if they are being decitful or not. Therefore, I cannot believe they are moral in the first place. There is something profoundly wrong with the title of that article.

Depends what you mean by ethics. In business, the rule is that you can have what you want but you must pay for it; every bit of it; nothing is left to good will. If you think about it, that is highly ethical. But it's rough if you forget to specify something.
