        No, it’s the opposite. He would be saving not only babies but also very likely the imminent death of mothers who run the risk of dying on any operating table.

        Yes, Fetuses are babies. They are protected babies, or at least should be, if no one would attempt to kill them. He continues being a human being wherever environment he is.

        Legalizing abortion wouldn’t stop ilegal abortion procedures. There are still many types of cigarettes trafficking in all Latin America and it is legal! Any excuse to make abortion good/legal would justify the killing of babies.
