It's difficult to understand why a government with a historic majority and a second-term wouldn't concentrate on the economy and instead jump into contentious and useless pursuits. Inexplicable.

Saikat, it's very simple really. A binary choice. Economy can wait. Restructuring of State cannot. Time has arrived. If not now, then when? And votes? Not on economy for sure.
