En mi ciudad el índice de analfabetismo está bajando considerablemente a medida pasa el tiempo, pero no es por que las personas mayores estén aprendiendo.

¿Para que? Reduzcan la violencia, focalicen bien los subsidios,sean austeros, combatan la evasión fiscal. Es bueno que el pueblo no sea ignorante y ustedes han alfabetizado, pero ya la historia les demostró el 4/Mar que la gente no quiere eso. Cada quien que aprenda por su cuenta
