It obviously applies to collaboration in general. Maybe the solution shouldn't be to collaborate less, but to collaborate more intentionally...?

I thoroughly appreciate the destination you've lead us all to, and further, the emotional labour you've undertaken to bring us along, but I'm curious -- why more structure? Naively, I imagine structure is naturally imparted from people of power, and would reinforce the issue.
