    The difference between an 85kg me & a 93kg me or 187 lbs / 205 lbs for 🇺🇸 6 & a bit weeks of a 12 week training programme… plus the many years of training behind me, of course.

    3 consistent weeks of 5 days/week of training whilst still letting my hair down at the weekends, nutrition wise. Well, also had cookies today 🍪 ooops 😋 my goals are prob different to your goals. Everything is relative.

    English common sense?? Pretty sure this country (mainly footy hooligans) has given up on all the covid rules already. Although I’m here, foolishly quarantining 🤦🏽‍♂️

    Boris Johnson’s judgement: “ We will be removing mandated Covid health guidance and replacing it with reliance on good old fashioned English Common Sense.” What could possibly go wrong with that assessment?

    🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Back in London. Although having to quarantine! Test to release on Monday. Then I’m a free man. I know travel is a luxury but damn, I can’t help but think that £268 worth of covid tests is a rip off 🤦🏽‍♂️

    Electric scooters are awesome for getting around town, I must say. I wasn’t sure what all the fuss was about in London but having rented a few in Palermo City and also Mondello now, I think they’re brilliant. I’m sure they’ll be all over London soon enough.

    Just a reminder! Mental health matters and even though you can be in a time of struggle, it doesn’t always mean that you’re struggling during the whole period. There are still good days/times. There’s also no time cap. Lucky to know such great people who’ve been a massive help.
