@TeamYouTube Below is my dashboard & videos feed Every time I upload, I lose subscribers & lost lots of viewers due to this, months before the bell was introduced via purges. In the last picture you can see it starts to die off at that time for no reason being.pic.twitter.com/rmlFAmKfaZ

Sub count fluctuations are normal. While we remove spam subscribers regularly from your channel, it's likely folks unsubscribing as well. If you have report about video not reaching the sub boxes, have your subs send a feedback report.

They are "inactive" because YouTube's notification system "broke" that "activeness" is what i'm stating, they are not spam. To get them active the notification system needs to be fixed. Thanks for the input though ily @TeamYouTube
