Mind sharing more info about the issue? Also, try these steps: delete the app > restart your device > reinstall the app. Let us know if that clears things up.

Since last update, 1: when I play the video it plays it on the background and I don't see anything i have to close and restart. 2nd: sometimes it just doesn't show anything at all but white screen and I have to close and restart it to get it work. Ok I will try reinstalling.
