    3. Capture by: going later in the cycle (pre A, A) + coinvest with connected skilled investors on the ground + focus on areas of biggest local oppty and strongest VC skill set + heavy value added required by VC (two levels deeper than in other markets).

    2. However proceed w caution: firsttime entrepreneurs + few making it past seed + few strong teams or real tech + weak incubation systems + few angels + immature VCs + clueless corporates + regulatory minefield + govt meddling + few followon rounds, low MOICs, few exits.

    1. Reasons for attraction to Pakistan are clear: large pop esp young people + lots of English speakers + increasing connectivity with urbanization, smartphones, roads + tech education and skillset + proliferation of incubators and corp venture + e/m commerce 5 yrs behind India.
