As per your calculation over 68 % people voted against Congress and at the same time 86% people voted against JDS too !! So the only positive finding is that BJP has 105 seats.

No, I mean nothing doing with the number of people who voted or the vote percentage of any particular party ,what matters is the number of seats won by any particular party. Democracy is of numbers of MP,MLA,MLC etc.

116 would have been a bigger number had the coalition formed before elections but since they were rivals earlier and after elections they project the combined number, shows that they have insulted the voters who did not know of their cheating ploy.
