सत्ता पक्ष के खिलाप गिरता हैं वोट उपचुनाव में बहुत कम सत्ता के साथ जाता हैं बहुत से लोग वोट डालने जाते नहीं। बहुत से लोग बाहर रहते हैं अपनी नौकरी के वजह से वोट का % भी कम रहता है यही कारण है कि सत्ता पक्ष के खिलाप कभी कभी उपचुनाव होते हैं जब 2019 में चुनाव होगा तो सब ठीक होगा
