    What a display of ingenuity and initiative from these farmers. Also an incredible lesson in marketing - teaching consumers about the products, being real, and most importantly, being visible! So inspiring.

    As a country and culture, the US is extremely different from Iceland. That said, I challenge self-employed people to try out a 4-day work week if you're not doing so already. See what you discover!

    Iceland recently completed a 4-yr trial of a 4-day week with no reduction of pay with 1% of its population taking part. The result? Productivity increased. Well-being increased. It was such a success their unions are already negotiating for it nationwide.

    Our whole country will be crippled by this until we get a serious national cyber security policy. Otherwise, we’re just sitting ducks.

    The is the the latest victim of a ransomware attack. We don't know much beyond that yet, though their spokesman says expect delays.

    Well well

    After raising employee wages to $15/hour, Klavon's Ice Cream Parlor in Pittsburgh received "well over 1,000 applications" for job openings. Co-owner Jacob Hanchar says customer service has improved and he hasn't "noticed a difference on our bottom line."
