Chrissie, a single mother of six living in rural Malawi, struggled to make ends meet. She attended The Salvation Army's conservation agriculture training program and was able to harvest 35 bags of maize. With the income she received, she can send all her children to school.

Through our children's sponsorship program, The Salvation Army in Canada has committed to a three-year project to support youth in Monrovia, Liberia. As we work towards our second year, our sponsors will provide more than 200 students with school fees, supplies and books.
