I will recompile soon to my new TDEE and lower my intake. It makes it easy for me to control portions to hit my targets.

lol, the goal is to start cardio at 270lb and weight lifting again (reps, not high weight) at 250lb.

Fair. Start slow. I highly recommend bodyweight exercises. Great for strength, low risk of injury.
