I've been using tp-link routers (probably 10 of them) since they fist came out, I know how you feel. DD-WRT, openWRT, pfsense are great tools, still use them daily!

I don't know what you're talking about, I still have one that I bought more than 10 years ago and I never had one die on me. I even increased the signal power in some of them and they are going strong.

good stuff, especially now they have had the cloudkey available for a while. Prior to that we had to run the controller on a windows or linux host (or even a mac I think).

haven't tried the cloudkey since I'm running the controllers on work laptops but I bet it's cool
