Salil, they don't care. It should be obvious by now. They just don't care about a reputation built on democratic credentials, because what's about to come in a few years is totally different.
Domestic bravado is all very well, but CAA has to go down as among the most inept steps any democracy has taken anywhere to undermine its diplomatic reputationabd standing.
