My favourite experience was during a visit to the @applestores. I didn't buy anything and I wasn't pushed to into spending. I had a 20 min conversation with a staff member about the new laptops. The guy was just interested in what I had to say. Times like that make me brand loyal

One time we couldn’t solve d client’s issue on on CAD soft. As I was in tickets team v only did l2 troubleshooting nothing more. But task ended up with reading more 50 KB docs—all the ins & outs of soft, bugs, & more. And find out d issue happened due to an update in CAD.
