@salesforce sorry to say I 'm having the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I'm so disappointed & still have the issue!

@salesforce Not sure can be fixed in a tweet. I asked my case to be escalated to a supervisor but was denied. This started Feb. 18th.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
