@salesforce I keep getting "New Update to 08232540", however that's not a case number I can see in our org. Can you DM what org thats to??

@salesforce Uhhh No, that's what started this whole mess. I had a case, staff started new case, getting replies to (now) ghost case1 reply 0 retweets 1 like
