I don’t agree. Trust is a result not the goal. The role of the CEO is to improve the lives of his customers and employees and let them collaborate together to create solutions.

Trust is the #1 core value, if you don't have trust you don't have customers, you don't have a brand, and you don't have growth, and people and everything add up value to you and your ecosystem.
