The main point is , What did we lose in the attack ? Any valuable data from nuclear plant or something more severe ?
This neither confirms of their involvement as Anyone with capabilities can make a dtrack vector and deploy. Secondly, it also not explain why Indian Nuclear reactor was attacked when india was never North Korean enemy per se. Also naming China and Pakistan makes my q. valid.
A single agency for #cyberdefense may be a riskier proposition keeping in view that cyber has become omnipresent in every segment.#CyberAttack
