For real! WTF is wrong with the judgement of your officers? Some people are scared, confused or have physical injuries/pain and are not physically able to do what is asked. He clearly was not combative or a threat. THAT WAS FLAT OUT POLICE ABUSE! The officers s/b fired and sued!
