I just did. No one picked up using the operator. I called back and left a msg for the training dept that they are seriously deficient and need to start over. Then I called back and left a msg for the criminal division and request that officer be charged with assault. Outrageous!

Got through to the police department. They are saying this is justified due to the man hitting someone with a baseball bat prior to this. So essentially, this is retaliation. Police are out of control. This is assault yet they see no problem with it. Police the police.
