So Ryan will almost certainly need Democratic votes to pass the budget deal without a promise on Dreamers. And he'll definitely get some Dem votes. Will it be enough? Stay tuned.

Bull. She wants the same promise that McConnell gave the Senate. 80% of the country wants a fix for these kids that doesn’t put them against their parents. If House members thinks that this hurts them, then they’re the ones not paying attention.
